Our programs:

Giving Activity

Mission

ACCIS empowers refugees and immigrants to build new lives, honor their heritage, and enrich the community through education, arts, and cultural exchange.

Needs

ACCIS seeks financial support to sustain and expand programs serving newcomers in Sacramento. Contributions strengthen both organizational capacity and program delivery.

Operational Needs

1. President – Provides strategic leadership, organizational direction, and community representation

2. Chair of the Board – Leads governance, board development, and strategic oversight

3. Operations Manager – Oversees daily operations, coordination, and internal systems

4. Grant & Fundraising Specialist – Leads fundraising strategy, grant development, and donor engagement

5. Website & Social Media Specialist – Strengthens outreach, visibility, and community engagement

6. Office Space Support – Partial coverage of office costs (~$500/month) to ensure service continuity

Program Needs

1. Program Facilitator Stipends – Support for individuals preparing and delivering trainings

2. Mileage & Participation Incentives – To support outreach and community engagement

3. Workshop & Activity Supplies – Materials needed to deliver high-quality programs
