In 2024, our Referral Services Program, focused on connecting community members with resources to ease integration, plans to:
Strengthen partnerships with existing collaborators and build new connections with organizations in integration services.
Assist with community integration, including welcome celebrations and individual support.
Continue providing support on immigration matters.
Navigating a new community is challenging, especially when confronted with unfamiliar systems. Our Referral Services Program in Sacramento is designed to provide vital resources to newly arriving immigrants and refugees. We ease the process by addressing challenges through key components such as employment assistance, health referrals, and immigration support. Offering personalized support, we connect newcomers with job opportunities, essential healthcare resources, and guidance through complex immigration processes. Our focus is on fostering community connections through cultural integration activities.
