We are proud to serve on the Board of Directors of Vista Rise Collective and support an organization that provides life-changing services across South Lake Tahoe, Alpine County, and the greater El Dorado County region.
Vista Rise Collective is the sole provider in our area dedicated to survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. We offer crisis response, counseling, safe housing, youth prevention education, and long-term support for individuals and families rebuilding their lives.
We are also home to the only confidential Safe House for survivors in El Dorado County—a critical refuge for individuals and children fleeing violence and seeking immediate safety. In a region where affordable housing is scarce and emergency resources are limited, this shelter can mean the difference between danger and a fresh start.
As we approach our 50th anniversary, our Board has set a special Big Day of Giving goal: to engage 50 donors who believe in safety, healing, and hope for the next generation.
We believe leadership means showing up, investing personally, and inviting others to be part of meaningful change. That is why we are coming together during Big Day of Giving to help keep these essential services strong, accessible, and ready when people need them most.
Your gift helps provide emergency shelter, safe housing support, counseling, transportation, prevention education, and compassionate advocacy.
When survivors have safety, healing can begin. When families are supported, futures change. When a community stands together, hope grows stronger.
We invite you to join us. Give what you can, share this campaign, and help create safety, healing, and hope for all.
