At Vista Rise Collective, equity means taking action to ensure every person has access to safety, healing, dignity, opportunity, and justice—especially those most impacted by violence, poverty, discrimination, and systemic barriers.

We recognize that survivors often face unequal challenges based on race, ethnicity, language, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, immigration status, income, age, geography, or past trauma. These barriers must be acknowledged and addressed.

We are committed to advancing justice by centering survivor voice, advocating for fair systems, increasing access to support, and helping create conditions where people can thrive. Justice means not only responding to harm, but preventing it and restoring dignity.

We strive to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive services and to foster a workplace where staff feel valued, included, and empowered.
