Help Central Park Gardens Grow!

I'm part of the dedicated volunteer team that sustains Central Park Gardens of Davis. Sustaining this community treasure is a labor of love, but funding is needed to sustain the beautiful demonstration plantings. In case you're not already familiar, Central Park Gardens is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to sustaining the gardens along B Street in Davis Central Park as an educational resource for home gardeners, a haven for diverse plants and wildlife, and an oasis of calm and beauty in the middle of the city. The gardens depend on community donations and receive no funding from the city. 

Donations fund the plants, tools, labels, irrigation, educational supplies, and infrastructure that keep the garden thriving. A special need this year is for funding to develop new ceramic identity signage for the garden. We are excited to work with local artist Susan Shelton to develop two beautiful new signs that will be installed in our kiosk frames.
