Yoga Moves Us Volunteer Scholarship

Since our inception in 2015, Yoga Moves Us has been on a mission to make the healing practice of yoga accessible to all, regardless of financial constraints. Our volunteers have been the heart and soul of this endeavor, generously offering their time and expertise to provide free yoga classes to our community.

Many of our volunteer devote countless hours to plan and lead classes, often balancing their teaching responsibilities with full-time jobs and other commitments.  They have completed one or more yoga teacher trainings at their own expense.  The average cost of a yoga teacher training is $2,000.    

This scholarship is created to support Yoga Moves Us volunteers that want to continue learning and expanding their skills.  Your generous donation will directly contribute to scholarship to support our volunteers with funds for professional development, trainings and certifications so they can continue serving the community.
