I am Ruben Moody and I am the Communications Coordinator at the Health Education Council.

HEC's work is vital because we help bring together communities and various partners determine the best solutions to the challenges that they're facing. The holistic understanding of health that we have ensures that people have solutions to all factors that contribute to living a long, rewarding life.

I am proud when I talk about HEC during work and outside of work because we have an amazing, selfless team. During my 2.5 years at HEC, I have learned more about parts of the region that I had not previously connected with. I've become more proactive about developing solutions and creating/ identifying opportunities for collaboration.
