Hands4Hope - Youth Making a Difference is a nonprofit serving Sacramento and El Dorado Counties supporting the leadership development of the youth by teaching them to by serving various areas of need in the community.

Youth that participate in Hands4Hopes are given the opportunity to create projects that support their communities. Through these projects they learn leadership skills and how important team work is to be successful in their future.
