Vince Mini played a huge role, not just in my fitness journey, but in my personal journey as well. He truly wanted every person to be the best version of themselves. Vince also had a giving heart and was a major part of the community and youth, which is why this event is so important to me. Mini’s House of Pain, is partnering with CASA, a non-profit, advocating for abused, neglected youth in El Dorado County, with the 2nd Vince Mini Memorial Challenge. We will be working out for 24 hours straight, not only to test our physical endurance, but our mental strength as well. We will alternate between an hour of lifting and an hour of rucking, on 11/8-11/9. It is also every participants job to fundraise, in honor of Vince and being part of this gym community.
