Hi friends, family & colleagues!
I'm helping to fundraise for Herd & Flock Animal Sanctuary in Vacaville, California - a 60-acre sanctuary that has rescued nearly 1,000 animals since 2019. These are animals who were headed to slaughter or victims of cruelty and now have names, friendships, and a place to live out their lives in peace.
Herd & Flock opens its doors to volunteers, visitors, and students - using every interaction to spark compassion and inspire reflection on what it means to put animals on our plates. The sanctuary also takes the stories of its animals into the community with humane education programs that raise awareness of the abuses in industrial farming and the benefits of a plant-based diet.
We are helping them fundraise until May 7. Every dollar given through my page will be matched up to $10,000. Please consider a gift of any size — 100% of contributions go directly to the care and comfort of the animals.
