Why I’m Supporting PRIDE Industries This Big Day of Giving
For nearly 60 years, PRIDE Industries has been creating life-changing employment opportunities for people with disabilities—right here in our community. What began in 1966 as a small group of determined parents has grown into the nation’s leading employer of people with disabilities, helping thousands achieve independence, dignity, and pride through meaningful work.
Today, millions of working-age Americans with disabilities still face major barriers to employment. PRIDE Industries is changing that story by providing supportive services like employment coaching, paid internships, and the I AM ABLE Employment Helpline—connecting people to real jobs and real futures.
