Folsom Cordova Community Partnership (FCCP) is a community-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our mission and vision support our work to: build stronger families; empower parents to meet their family's needs; promote youth leadership through positive peer and adult relationships and increase community involvement. We bring together resources and programming in a Family Resource Center model to create a 'one stop' shop, which encourages and supports community members as they identify their needs and reach to achieve their goals to overcome cycles of child abuse, incarceration, and poverty. Founded in 1992, FCCP has an extensive history of providing quality services to families and children. We collaborate with partners to provide safe spaces and vital services for the children, youth, and adults in our community. In collaboration with community supporters like you, we serve over 5,000 families every year. In our continued effort to provide essential services and to expand our programs, we are consistently seeking contributions, volunteers, sponsorships, and/or in-kind support. We depend on the generosity of businesses and individuals like you to meet the financial needs of our mission.
The FCCP's greatest program needs include: Volunteers for all programs and events, youth mentors, children's books, non-perishable healthy snacks for mentoring groups, back-packs filled with school supplies, non-perishable food items and diapers of all sizes. The FCCP is always in need of financial contributions to support our mission.
