WSF has been a continuous non-profit for over ten years in Yolo County, supporting youth activities within the public school district. These activities include financial support of athletic, agricultural, and music programs, as well as stipends for safety personnel such as cross-walking guards. Over the years, donations have provided uniforms for athletes, help with transportation costs to competitions, stipends for athletic coaches, supplies and funding for agricultural programs, funding for music programs to purchase supplies, and stipends for individuals essential to the safety of students.
Funds are currently needed for support of the Woodland School District Special Needs Programs as well as to support other vital programs that directly affect students.
Our top needs:
  1. Funding: Program - Funding for Special Education Programs.
  2. Volunteers - Volunteers for multiple events throughout the year.
  3. Funding: Unrestricted - After school enrichment.
  4. In-Kind Donations - In kind donations as silent auction items for our events are always appreciated.
  5. Funding: Program - Funding for specific donations to various school district programs such as music, art, agriculture, and sports.
"As President of Woodland Schools Foundation I am proud of the support we have gotten from the community that has given us the opportunity to provide funding for many programs of the WJUSD. We are looking forward to supporting numerous extracurricular programs this year with our donations from Big Day of Giving 2019. We feel that these are vital programs that support underrepresented populations in our schools district." Sincerely, Kathy Aukes President Woodland Schools Foundation
