WSF has been a continuous non-profit for over fifteen years in Yolo County, supporting youth activities within the public school district. These activities include financial support of athletic, agricultural, creative arts, and music programs, as well as stipends for safety personnel such as cross-walking guards. Over the years, donations have provided uniforms for athletes, help with transportation costs to competitions, stipends for athletic coaches, supplies and funding for agricultural programs, funding for music programs to purchase supplies, and stipends for individuals essential to the safety of students. Current funding is needed to provide much needed First Aid/CPR Training for K-12 classroom teachers to help them prepare for classroom emergencies.
Woodland Schools Foundation works to support students and teachers at our local public schools. With your help, WSF funds help to educate students and to support after school activities.
Current needs are donations to cover First Aid/CPR/AED training costs for any non mandated WJUSD employee who would like training. This training will make employees ready to provide lifesaving first aid in medical emergency situations and help to ensure school safety.
