This form is for organizations that do not have an existing profile on GivingEdge and want to create a profile — and, potentially, complete the additional steps necessary to participate in a future Big Day of Giving. All nonprofits must have a GivingEdge profile to participate in Big Day of Giving. Before you begin filling out this form, please read the detailed GivingEdge eligibility criteria and confirm that your organization is eligible for a profile.
