Itsie Bitsie Rescue (IBR) is a 100% volunteer-run organization devoted to saving the most vulnerable baby animals. Every kitten and puppy we take in receives exceptional care—from healthy arrivals to those needing emergency treatment, surgery, or intensive veterinary support. Your donations make it possible for us to give each life a true second chance.
Since incorporating as a nonprofit in 2006—beginning with our first rescue, a tiny orange tabby named Poodywoo—IBR has grown from helping 70–80 kittens a year to over 700 animals in 2025, thanks to an expanding network of dedicated fosters and volunteers.
From the beginning, one thing remains unchanged: IBR is powered entirely by volunteers, united by a shared commitment to saving lives.
