Help us grow the careers, businesses, and community that power Sacramento’s creative economy.

There’s a lot of creative talent in Sacramento.

But most people trying to build a career out of it are figuring it out as they go. Trying to piece things together. It’s tough to make real progress that way.

I think there’s something bigger possible. There’s a level this city hasn’t reached culturally and creatively yet. Not because the talent isn’t here, but because the support system isn’t.

That’s what we’re building with Capitol Creative Alliance.

Last year, we saw what starts to happen when that support shows up. 600+ creatives came together through events. People made connections that led to new collaborations and job opportunities. Students moved into real roles through our internship program.

This year, we’re focused on making that support consistent.

We’re hosting monthly events centered on professional development, networking, and learning. The kind of things that actually help people grow their careers and businesses over time.

We’ll also host the 8th annual Design Week Sacramento in October.

Creative careers are built through ongoing access to people, opportunities, and support. When creatives grow, it doesn’t just benefit them. It strengthens the companies they work for, the businesses they build, and the culture of this region.

I’m raising $1,000 as part of Big Day of Giving to support that work.

Please join me in donating.
