While we may not always be swinging the hammers, we’re working behind the scenes to ensure Habitat can continue to grow, serve more families, and expand access to affordable housing in our community.

THE IMPACT IS REAL

Because of supporters like you, Habitat achieved incredible results:

• 10 new homes built and sold, with more under construction
• 84 homes repaired for local families
• 8,000+ individuals served through housing and community programs
• Nearly 23,000 volunteer hours contributed
• Over 1,000,000 pounds of materials diverted from landfills

But the need continues to grow—and so must our response.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Affordable housing is one of the most urgent challenges facing our region. Habitat’s model creates long-term solutions—partnering with families who invest 500 hours of sweat equity and purchase their homes through an affordable mortgage.
