Every afternoon, when the final bell rings, many of our middle schoolers are stepping into more than just free time—they’re stepping into uncertainty. Some go home to empty houses. Some carry the weight of responsibilities far beyond their age. And too many are left without the support they need to thrive.

Our afterschool program changes that story.

Here, students are greeted by mentors who know their names, tutors who believe in their potential, and a community that sees them fully. They get help with homework, yes—but they also discover new passions through enrichment, explore the world through field trips, and build the confidence to imagine a future bigger than their current circumstances. For many families, this is also a place where basic needs are met—with access to food, health resources, and support systems that extend beyond the classroom.

This isn’t just a program—it’s a lifeline, a launchpad, and a safe space all in one.
