Self-love Powered Initiatives

Self-love Powered Initiatives has teamed up with Oracles of Truth Academy to reach more youth and adults in the community. By contributing to this donation option, you help impact lives in underserved populations. 

Through this collaboration we will service 25 participants. This cohort is delivered through a structured experiential framework focused on intentional facilitation, personalized coaching, and accessible resources that remove barriers to participation. These unrestricted funds will be used to provide:

Self-love Experience Leadership: ($21,480)

• Self-love experience leadership (SEL) training: A cohort of 25 youth and adults shall complete certification. The cost per person is $189 x 25 =$4,735.
• RITMO initiate experience training: A cohort of 25 youth and adults shall complete certification. The cost per person is $120 x 25 people = $3,000.
• RITMO resiliency experience training: A cohort of 25 youth and adults shall complete certification. The cost per person is $180 x 25 people = $4,500.
• Facilitator Support: Assistance with the SEL facilitator for the online and in-person cohort of 25 youths and adults. The cost per person is $81.20 x 25 = $2,030.
• SEL curriculum refinement: This expense is to manage and update curriculum to support delivery throughout participant learning experiences. The cost per person is $161.40 x 25 people = $4,035.
• Engagement and support: This service provides online and in-person customer services and support to program participants. The cost per person is $108 x 25 people = $2,700.
• Facilitator per diem (2-days): Provide daily support to cover meals and incidental expenses for facilitators to ensure full presence and focus on program delivery. The cost per person is $240 x 2 = $480.

Coaching and Mentorship Support: ($5,575)

• 1:1 SEL coaching sessions: Personal application and accountability sessions for youth and adults to release blockage online and in person. The cost is $135 x 25 = $3,375.
• Peer mentorship framework: Peer supports and guidance for youth and adults. The cost is $88 x 25 people = $2,200. 

Self-love Experience Leadership Retreat: ($17,490)

• Event location: A real-world experience designed to allow participants to actively participate in experiential, non-clinical inner healing and personal growth activities through immersive, guided practices that support self-awareness, mental clarity, and alignment in a 2-day retreat. The cost per person is $140 x 25 people = $3,500.
• Ground transportation: Transportation for participants to and from main location and local attractions. The cost is $80 x 25 people =$2,000.
• Food, beverage, and amenities: 2-days of food accommodation (e.g., breakfast, lunch, and dinner including snacks and beverage. The cost per person is $138 x 25 = $3,450.
• Participant materials: Provide tools and resources participants use throughout the program. This includes Self-love: The art of loving oneself (book), bracelets, t-shirts, toolkit, gift bags, pens, journals, art materials, and Masks. The cost per person is $71 x 25 = $1,775. 
• Videographer: Digital documentary to capture the transformation and impact of the experience to support future growth, storytelling, and community engagement. The cost per person is $80 x 25 = $2,000.
• Retreat marketing materials: Marketing materials to promote the program and graduation, programs, and local community engagements. The cost per person is $61.80 x 25 = $1,545.
• Retreat enhancement: Art therapy, breathwork support, and Sound bowl therapy for non-clinical stress release, removing blockage, and mediation during the retreat. The cost per person is $88.60 x 25 = $2,215.
• Graduation ceremony: Ceremony to celebrate the successful completion of the Self-love Experience Leadership Cohort and certification. The cost per person is $33 x 25 = $825.
• Retreat expense contingency: Provides flexible support for unseen expenses during the retreat. The cost per person is $7.20 x 25 people = $180.

Participants Support: ($8,850)

• Participants performance stipends: Provide stipends to participants who show growth and development, leads, speaks up, engages with peers, facilitates, and demonstrates the core values of SEL. The cost per person is $250 x 25 = $6,250.
• Emergency and barrier removal fund: Ensures participants can fully engage in the experience regardless of circumstances. The cost is $104 x 25 people = $2,600.

Program Administration: ($6,605)

• Technology: A recurring subscription for website management and software to provide compressive services for participants to access online resources and tools. The monthly cost is $365 x 12 months = $4,380.
• Coordination support: This service provides coordinated materials and communication to participants. The cost per person is $12 x 25 = $300. 
• The Hartford Business Liability Insurance: This is general liability insurance for the program. The cost per person is $77 x 25 people = $1,925.
