Your financial contribution helps us provide experiential ecology healing and leadership journeys to every youth and adult who desires to make an impact in their own lives while modeling the behaviors and exemplary peer mentorship to support others in their healing and leadership journey too.
A cohort of 25 youth and adults take the healing journey to become exemplary leaders, and peer mentors. They also gain valuable skills to expand and further build the RITMO Community platform to support immersive learning via experiential ecology programming and services while engaging in community projects to advocate for policy and systems changes that impact their community. These unrestricted funds will be used to provide:
Peer Mentor Leadership Experiences ($20,775)
- RITMO initiate and resiliency training: A cohort of 25 youth and adults shall complete certification. The cost per person is $300 x 25 people = $7,500.
- Self-love experience leadership training: A cohort of 25 youth and adults shall complete certification. The cost per person is $189.40 x 25 people = $4,375.
- Customer support agents (2): To provide online learning, technical support to participants using the RITMO Community platform and complete learn-earn work-study experiences. The cost per person is $256 x 25 people = $6,400.
- Performance-based stipends: Provide a stipend to participants who successfully complete all learn-earned activities and secure their certifications. The cost per person is $100 x 25 people = $2,500.
RITMO Retreat Experiences ($29,225)
- Event location: A healing retreat center with magnetic planetary energy to support medicinal healing practice for 5 days and 4 nights. The cost per person is $284 x 25 people = $7,100.
- Ground transportation: To transport participants to and from the retreat location and main/local attractions to complete program activities. The cost per person is $60 x 25 people = $1,500.
- Event attractions (5): Experiential ecology learning experiences integrated and scheduled. The cost per person is $300 x 25 people = $7,500.
- Food, beverage, and amenities: Per diem costs for each day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and any necessary snacks and beverages. The cost per person is $150 x 25 = 3,750.
- Liability insurance: Travel and general liability insurance for the entire trip. The cost per person is $100 x 25 people = $1,250.
- Participant materials: Super conscious model for living (book), t-shirt, healing card deck, posters, poster boards, stickers, bracelets, and arts materials and tools. The cost per person is $153 x 25 = 3,825.
- Videographer: Digital documentary of entire experience throughout the trip. The cost per person is $72 x 25 = $1,800.
- Performance-based stipends: Provide a stipend to participants who lead, facilitate, engage, and manage an event attraction, session, or workshop. The cost per person is $100 x 25 people = $2,500.
