VITA Visual and Performing Arts Youth Competition

In 2022-2023, the VITA Academy supported the first Crocker Student Visual and Performing Arts Youth Competition. It was a challenging time to reach students; who had finally returned to the classroom after the Covid pandemic. We were ecstatic with the student participation and look forward to repeating the competition in 2027. Acknowledging that the arts can be a powerful expressive and motivational platform, we are returning to our previous theme. The Four Freedoms: Lifting Youth Voices through the Arts will be a collaboration between VITA Academy and the Crocker Art Gallery’s Education Division. VITA is offering cash prizes and Crocker is offering a  gallery exhibition and performance space showcasing the winners. Please help to support students in the Arts by donating to.
