Empower 360

Empower 360 has teamed up with Oracles of Truth Academy to reach more youth and young adults in the community. By contributing to this fundraiser, you help impact lives in underserved populations.

Through this collaboration we will serve 40 youth and provide them with mentorship, mental health support, and real-world career training in trades and technology to increase income, identify their purpose, and create lasting life transformation. These unrestricted funds will be used to provide:

• GED Education: The service provided includes study materials and testing support to help youth attain their GED or high school equivalency diploma. A Certified Flexible Facilitator performs this activity. The cost per person is $725 x 40 people = $29,000.
• Wellness Counseling: The service provided includes group sessions and 1x1 sessions as needed. A Licensed Marriage Family Therapist performs this activity. The cost per person is $360 x 40 people = $14,400.
• Mentorship and support: The service provided includes life coaching and program coordination and support. The cost per person is $150 x 40 people = $6,000.
• HVAC/Solar installation training: This instructor-led training provides the tools, technical support for entry-level certification and a Solar Panel Installer and includes hands-on field experience and materials. A certified Electrician performs this activity. The cost per person is $600 x 20 people = $12,000.
• Mechanical automotive training: This instructor-led training provides the tools, technical support for entry-level certification as a Auto Mechanic and includes hands-on field experience and materials. A certified Automotive Technician performs this activity. The cost per person is $600 x 20 people = $12,000.
• Contingent worker trainee stipends: This is a work-study (learn-earn) performance incentive provided to every participant. The cost per person is $480 x 40 people = $19,200.
• Job placement: The services provided include resume writing, mock interviewing, portfolio development, salary negotiations, and direct and indirect links to available jobs in high-demand industry sectors with employer partners. These activities are performed by a Career Specialist. The cost per person is $185 x 40 = $7,400.
