Sacramento’s creative community deserves more than applause. It deserves investment.
There is so much talent in this region. Designers, artists, makers, filmmakers, musicians, poets, and creative professionals who are shaping the culture of Sacramento in ways people don’t always see. But talent alone isn’t enough.
Creative people need places to connect. They need access to mentors, peers, resources, and real opportunities. They need a community that helps turn potential into momentum. That’s the work Capitol Creative Alliance is doing.
Through events, partnerships, internships, mentorship, professional development, and Design Week Sacramento, CCA helps create more pathways for creatives to grow their careers, build businesses, and contribute to the creative economy of our region.
This work matters to me because I’ve seen what happens when creative people are given the right support. Confidence grows. Careers move forward. Collaborations start. Ideas become more than ideas.
