Since 2010, our women-founded nonprofit in Roseville has been a place where healing begins with a listening heart and a helping hand.

Every day, we provide low-cost, compassionate mental health care to individuals, couples, and families who might otherwise be left without support.

Hearts and Hands counseling offers a vast array of opportunities for the members of our community to engage in healing- individual counseling (adults and children), couples counseling, family counseling, group counseling, seminars and workshops. 

In addition to offering affordable, compassionate therapy, we are proud to serve as a training ground for the next generation of mental health professionals, equipping them with the skills and heart needed to meet the growing demand for care in our communities.
