This past year has been a momentous one for the Pence. We are very proud of reaching the milestone of serving the Yolo community for 50 years! The Pence is a place of creativity, beauty, inspiration, education and friendship, and a welcome haven in downtown Davis.
As a non-profit art gallery we rely on membership and support to be able to provide a cultured space for local and regional artists to show their work. Our needs this year include funding to continue to provide our Art in Action youth and family craft day monthly, as well as to increase availability of our ArtSmart program for elementary school children. Additional funding is needed to improve the safety of the gallery with increased lighting and a security camera, as well as to support planning, design and installation for our high-quality rotating exhibits.
