Support the Sacramento Creative Community

As someone helping lead the charge on Design Week Sacramento, I’m proud to serve on the board of the Capitol Creative Alliance – an organization dedicated to empowering our region’s creative economy. I’m raising $2,500 to support our organization, and I’d be incredibly grateful for your donation.

Over 70% of every dollar directly fuels initiatives that connect creative professionals with meaningful career opportunities and community impact. This year, your donation will help us:

• Host four Creativity Speaks sessions: a dynamic speaker series that brings together chefs, artists, filmmakers, and other creatives. These events spark cross-disciplinary collaboration and amplify diverse voices in our region.
• Produce Design Week Sacramento, our flagship program featuring a ton of in-person events and a 2-day conference in October, that highlights Sacramento’s creative economy. With over 500 attendees annually, it’s a catalyst for skill-building, networking, and celebrating local talent.
• Strengthen partnerships with other community organizations that uplift creatives in the Sacramento area.
• Expand our professional development offerings, including internships, mentorships, and volunteer programs that provide hands-on learning and career pathways.
• Advocate more boldly for policies and funding that support our creative workforce.
