The Society of St Vincent de Paul St Ignatius Loyola Conference is staffed entirely by volunteers.  Since 2021, we have helped more than 3,000 of our neighbors in need in the Sacramento Arden-Arcade area.  With the generosity of our community, we have been able to assist with rent & utilities, fill gas tanks, purchase furniture, and encourage those seeking employment.  Over the past year, we’ve seen a surge in requests from people struggling with rising grocery and fuel prices, which makes it more difficult for them to afford rent and utilities.

Your donation to the Society of St Vincent de Paul helps by providing:

	Rental assistance to prevent eviction
	Utility payments to prevent service disconnection
	Furniture, clothing, household goods from the SVdP Thrift Store
	Bicycles or vehicle fuel for transportation to work and school

Such aid, even in small amounts, can make or break whether someone falls deeper into the poverty cycle.
