Licia's BDOG Fundraiser for CCHAT

As a mom, there are milestones you dream about from the moment your children are born. When Kendall and Kolby were first diagnosed with profound hearing loss, those dreams felt a little more uncertain. But today, I am bursting with pride to share just how far they’ve come.

This May is a season of huge "firsts" for our family:

• Kolby will be crossing the stage at UNR on May 15th to receive her degree in Journalism!

• Kendall is thriving at Sac State, dedicated to her path of becoming a PE teacher.

Watching them navigate the world - from studying abroad in Italy to preparing for their professional careers - is a constant reminder of the gift they were given at CCHAT. The listening and spoken language skills they gained there didn't just help them "get by;" they gave my daughters the confidence to pursue their dreams without ever looking back.

Now, I’m asking for your help to pay it forward.
