Dearest Family and Community, 

I am personally reaching out to ask: Will YOU consider making a donation to Capital Stage during Big Day of Giving?  Your generosity will be the cornerstone of our 20th anniversary celebrations and a testament to why we are an essential part of the vibrant arts culture of Sacramento. 

Capital Stage is my professional artistic home as an actress, director and board member. The work we do is radical, inclusive, funny, and relevant. Our work reflects our world and theater creates a place where we can have these conversations and share stories that are meaningful. Theater is community. Period. 

With our 20th Anniversary season on the horizon, we are poised to deliver our boldest season yet. For example, two Pulitzer Prize winners, "Fairview: and "English" and a co production of "The Heart Sellers" with Theaterworks and Aurora Theater. C'mon!

And to deliver, we need your support, especially as we make Big Day of Giving our primary spring fundraiser. 

Early Giving kicks off on April 18th, leading up to the Big Day of Giving on May 2nd. This is a clarion call to YOU, our valued supporter, to join others in championing the transformative experience of live theatre. Your contribution will not only elevate our upcoming season but also ensure that the universal power of theatre continues to resonate throughout our region.
