As a mom, a Woodland resident, and a Cache Creek Conservancy board member, I am proud to support such a valuable and enriching organization on this BDOG.
Did you know that in the last year the CCC hosted many family-friendly events at the preserve, such as bat walks, free fishing days, a Christmas Day bird count, an Easter egg hunt, and a photo contest! Each of these events provide an opportunity for the community to learn about local habitat, ecology and restoration, and local history while immersing themselves in a serene and peaceful place.
