Together, We Can Open Doors to Education and Hope

Dear Friends, Family, and Colleagues,

 Today, I’m proud to support EGEEO Foundation for Big Day of Giving (May 7, 2026). I am seeking your support for this year’s Big Day of Giving (BDOG) Fundraising Campaign. Please consider joining me in supporting the EGEEO Foundation’s mission to improve the quality of life for Sacramento residents who are in need or facing adversity.

Through your generosity, we are able to make a meaningful impact. By raising funds, we can continue supporting local food banks and community partners, and help students achieve their dream of attending college. Last year, with your support, the Foundation awarded over $9,000 in scholarships to local high school students pursuing higher education. Students with dreams, determination, and the potential to change their futures. We also partnered with local organizations to help meet real needs in our Sacramento community. This year, with your help, we can do even more—expanding opportunities for students and strengthening the work of our community partners.  

One student shared that receiving support meant they could focus on school instead of worrying about how to afford it. That’s the impact of collective giving.

My personal fundraising goal is $2,200, and I am starting with a $200 donation. I invite you—my family, friends, and colleagues—to match my gift or contribute any amount that is meaningful to you. Every contribution, no matter the size, moves us closer to our overall goal of $30,000 and makes a direct impact on those we serve.

The EGEEO Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public benefit nonprofit organization committed to improving the quality of life for residents in the City of Sacramento and surrounding communities. The Foundation addresses disparities in education, economics, and health by investing in programs and opportunities that create lasting change.
