Empower Yolo Therapy Department

One service that Empower Yolo provides to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking is therapeutic services. Survivors get the much needed support and learn skills to overcome the traumatic aftermath of violence. Children, teens and adults are able to heal and move on with their lives, and learn healthy ways of being. Because of donors like you, we are able to continue to give these services free of charge to survivors. 

In 2021, Empower Yolo therapists gave individual therapy to 288 adults and 100 children for a total of 3,933 sessions. They also facilitated 412 group sessions to 75 people.  We plan on bringing more groups and services to the survivors of Yolo County. Please make this possible with your donation today!
