Music is all around us, we have all listened to music in our daily lives. we use music to pass the time, to have fun, to meditate, and some of us use music as an escape from the stresses of life. Some create music to be therapeutic or to express our moods and our emotions.

Music helps me distract myself from life's stresses, I've been inspired by many bands; Tool, Pink Floyd, Slipknot, David Bowie, Iggy Pop, koRn, and many, many, more. I've dabbled with the idea of making music off and on in my life, one of the major things that planted the little seed was a game for the PLAYSTATION(one) system. This game was called MTV Music Generator, it was essentially a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) for the ps1. I played around when I was somewhere around 5 or 7yrs old. I was given a Casio keyboard for a late Christmas present from my father, this was last gift I had from him before he'd passed. Although throughout the years I've never taken real musical training, lessons. I've practically just learn from what I can find from a google search keywords and YouTube videos. Experimentation and improvising as I go along. Music as a whole, either if you only listen to it or maybe you perform it, maybe even both. Having the option that allows you to experiment with instruments without having pay for them and worrying if you can afford them. Some people won't be able to afford to experiment with Drum-machines, synths, keyboards, drums, guitars or a hammered dulcimer. With the tip from a friend mentioning that I should check out a place called; The Library of Musiclandria. It has opened up another portion of my world to a new experience, and meeting new people that who come from various backgrounds all with the common interest of music creation. I've met some pretty amazing people, amazing artists who are here locally. I play bass, Guitar and Keyboards. I have a focus on dark ambient music. I have uploaded a few tracks I've shared with the world on various socials, I mainly play for fun and if someone likes what I create then that's a plus.

With this fundraiser you can help TLM get a permanent location so we can further help the striving artist, musicians and people who want to express themselves through music here in Sacramento. There's no other place like Musiclandria in California that helps provide instrument borrowing for free.
