FosterHope with Caitlin! Help Make a Difference!

My name is Caitlin and I am the supervisor of our Enhanced Care program. Our Enhanced Care program offers professional foster care support, providing 24/7 care and connection for youth healing from complex trauma. FosterHope is dedicated to reducing the impacts of childhood trauma in our community and in collaboration with our Enhanced Care families we stabilize placements for youth that have previously been failed by the system.

FosterHope celebrates 40 years of service to the children, youth and families of Sacramento this July. Big Day of Giving is an opportunity for FosterHope to raise much needed funds to deepen our commitment to facilitating the healing of spirit, mind, and body to help them reach their fullest potential. Children and youth referred to FosterHope's programs are coming to us with more complex trauma and mental health support needs than traditional approaches to child welfare are equip to address.

FosterHope is building its programs to stop and address the impacts of childhood trauma through expanded mental health services, transformative mentorship, authentic youth engagement, and support to help children, youth, and families meet their basic needs.
