Marissa's BDOG Fundrasing page for TCH

Ten years ago, I decided to work with other community members to start a new nonprofit, called Tahoe Coalition for the Homeless (TCH). We started as a grass roots organization trying to operate an emergency shelter in the harshest months of our mountain climate. Since that time, TCH has grown into an organization that serves both slopes of El Dorado County. We provide emergency shelter beds year-round, permanent housing for 44 households, and rapid rehousing of families and domestic violence survivors. Additionally we are performing intakes of people experiencing homelessness to connect them with the services that help get them off the streets and into housing. I'm committed to continue our efforts to support TCH on May 1, the Big Day of Giving. I'm donating $1000 and hope to get enough people to match that donation.
