Fun in Nature

Placer Nature Center's Mission Is to deliver community-based, volunteer supported, environmental education programs to children, families, schools and community groups.

Our Summer Camps combine learning and fun, which keeps kids laughing and coming back for more. One of our camp kids came back every year for many years, then when she aged out she became a camp counselor. From there she became an employee, then a board member. Now she's off to college to get her degree and go out to help save the environment!
