At Snowline, we believe that every moment matters—especially during life’s most challenging times. For over 40 years, we have been providing compassionate care to individuals and families facing terminal illnesses, Alzheimer’s and dementia, grief, and loss. Our commitment extends beyond medical care, offering emotional, spiritual, and practical support to ensure comfort and dignity for those we serve.

This Big Day of Giving, we invite you to be part of Snowline’s story. Your support directly impacts our ability to provide essential programs, such as:

  • Grief Support: Helping families, including children, navigate the complexities of loss through counseling and group sessions.
  • Alzheimer’s and Dementia Services: Offering education, resources, and respite care for caregivers, as well as creating dementia-friendly community initiatives.
  • Palliative Care: Providing comfort and quality of life to patients with serious illnesses.
  • Veteran Services: Honoring and addressing the unique needs of veterans with specialized care and recognition.

Snowline’s mission thrives because of the generosity of individuals like you. With your help, we can continue to expand our programs, ensure access to care for all—regardless of financial circumstances—and build a community rooted in compassion and support.

This Big Day of Giving, let’s make every moment matter for those who need it most. Join us in creating a brighter future for patients, families, and caregivers. Together, we can make a meaningful impact.

Needs

Hospice Care funding - We support those who are uninsured.

Children's Bereavement Program - We offer compassionate support and resources for young individuals coping with the loss of a loved one. Through counseling, group activities, and creative expression, the program helps children process grief in a safe, understanding environment.

Palliative Care funding - Snowline Palliative Care is medical and comfort care for the seriously ill to alleviate pain and suffering. It is an extra layer of support for patients living with chronic, serious illnesses. As soon as patients are diagnosed with a serious illness, they can seek palliative care from Snowline through a doctor referral.

Veterans Grants funding -Snowline is a proud 5-Star member of the We Honor Veterans Program and has attained its top status as a veteran provider. By partnering with the Department of Veteran Affairs and its resources, Snowline is in a unique position to compassionately provide the care and support that properly reflects our nation’s deep appreciation for service to our country.

Grief Counseling funding -The grieving process is necessary for an eventual return to good emotional and mental health. We support our patients' families 13 months after the passing of their loved ones.

Alzheimer's & Dementia Services - We provide specialized support and compassionate care to patients and families facing the challenges of memory loss. Through individualized care plans and resources, our team helps ease the journey, ensuring dignity, comfort, and connection every step of the way.

CompanionPets Program - We provide lifelike robotic pets to people suffering from Alzheimer's or Dementia, offering comfort, companionship, and moments of joy. These pets help reduce feelings of loneliness and anxiety, creating meaningful connections and enhancing emotional well-being in a gentle, therapeutic way.
