At Snowline Health, we believe that every moment matters, especially during life’s most vulnerable and challenging times. For over 46 years, Snowline has been providing compassionate, mission-driven care to individuals and families across our community facing serious illness, grief, and loss. Our incredible staff is at the heart of everything we do, showing up each day with the belief that it is an honor and a privilege to walk alongside patients and families during life’s most difficult moments. Our commitment extends beyond medical care, offering emotional, spiritual, and practical support to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for those we serve.

This Big Day of Giving, we invite you to be part of Snowline’s story. Your support directly impacts our ability to provide essential programs such as:

Grief Support
Helping children, adults, and families navigate the complexities of loss through counseling, support groups, and ongoing emotional care.

Palliative Care
Providing comfort, symptom management, and improved quality of life for patients living with serious illnesses such as cancer, COPD, and heart failure.

ElderCare
A pre-hospice program that supports seniors living with chronic illness by providing in-home medical care, care navigation, and emotional support. ElderCare helps individuals remain independent, avoid unnecessary hospital visits, and ensures patients and families feel supported every step of the way.

Veteran Services
Honoring those who served our country through trained veteran volunteers who provide bedside companionship, meaningful pinning ceremonies, and visits in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.

No matter the size, your gift makes a tangible difference:

  • $5,000 provides CompanionPets (robotic pets) to 33 of Snowline’s Alzheimer’s and dementia patients
  • $1,000 provides pinning ceremonies for over 250 veterans
  • $750 provides CompanionPets to 5 Alzheimer’s and dementia patients
  • $500 provides three days of palliative care for three uninsured patients
  • $250 provides two-hour sessions of Snowline’s family grief support group
  • $150 provides one CompanionPet to an Alzheimer’s or dementia patient
  • $75 provides a one-hour session of Snowline’s adult grief support group

Snowline’s mission thrives because of the generosity of individuals like you. Your support helps ensure that these programs remain strong and accessible, regardless of financial circumstances, and allows us to continue serving our community with compassion and dignity.

This Big Day of Giving, let’s make every moment matter for those who need it most. Join us in creating a brighter future for patients, families, and caregivers. Together, we can make a meaningful impact.
