Giving Activity

Mission

Affordable housing is the foundation — community support is what helps residents thrive.

Community Impact at CHOC Housing brings supportive services, wellness programs, educational opportunities, and community connection directly into affordable housing communities across California, helping youth, families, and seniors build stability, connection, and opportunity where they live.

Needs

At CHOC Housing, every donation helps strengthen the daily lives of residents across our affordable housing communities - from children in afterschool programs, to families working toward stability, to seniors aging in place with dignity and connection. Because our services are delivered directly within the communities where residents live, even small gifts can have an immediate and meaningful impact. Donations help provide educational supplies, wellness activities, food pantry support, senior engagement resources, community events, and hands-on programs that reduce isolation, build connection, and support long-term housing stability for households of all ages.
