Needs
Kiwanis raises funds each year through various events and fundraisers and we work collaboratively with organizations and other nonprofits in the community to expand and multiply the intended results for the community. Kiwanis Club of Carmichael is deeply networked with county government, local schools, Carmichael chamber of commerce and like-minded local nonprofits. We believe that by working together we can do much more and bring greater benefit to the community we love. Our goal is to create the greatest lasting impact in the community with every dollar we raise. We are a forward-looking organization with a specific focus on lifting up children and families, so we give special priority to the next generation whether through educational projects, supporting families in need, or projects which provide protection or beautification to the local environment.
Kiwanis Impact
Kiwanis Club of Carmichael was voted “Non-profit of the year” 2023, 2024, and 2025 for its efforts in community building. Our Club funds projects that make Carmichael a great place to live. These projects make positive impacts on the lives of students in our schools, families in need of support or aid, or helping improve the quality of life through our parks and outdoor spaces. They help beautify and sustain our natural resources and nurture the arts. Yet, none of these projects could exist without the generous support of donors like you.
We are a 100% volunteer organization and all monies raised are given back to the community. We are proud of this legacy and acknowledge that our success would not be possible without the generous support of people like you.
