Zion Girls Leadership & Collegiate Preparatory Academy is dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion by providing secure mentoring tailored for daughters of incarcerated parents, guiding girls aged 12-19 towards triumphant societal paths through the Pillars of Progress: perseverance, higher aspirations, resilience, growth, and success.

Founded in 2022, The Board of Directors at Zion Girls Leadership & Collegiate Preparatory Academy embodies a dedicated and visionary group of individuals committed to fulfilling the institution's noble mission.  This esteemed body is comprised of passionate leaders who tirelessly work towards creating a safe and affordable haven for girls to receive top-notch training.  Their collective efforts are directed towards empowering young girls, ensuring they are well-prepared for successful integration into society, and equipped with the wisdom and values derived from practical teachings.  With a focus on excellence and a commitment to instill leadership qualities, the Board of Directors plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the academy and the lives of the girls it serves.

Focusing on the holistic development of girls aged 12-19, Zion Girls Leadership and Collegiate Preparatory Academy is dedicated to creating a transformative impact across 8 Pillars to PROGRESS.  Through rigorous education, leadership cultivation, and financial literacy, we empower these young women to not only confidently navigate their journeys and become catalysts for positive change within their communities.  We aim to shape future leaders who champion diversity, equality, and inclusion by fostering social awareness, promoting community engagement, and providing mentorship.  Through career preparation, advocacy skills, and civic engagement, our girls emerge as influential societal contributors, equipped to address complex challenges and shape a brighter, more inclusive future.  At Zion, we believe in nurturing the potential of every girl, instilling in them the values and skills needed to excel in education, leadership, and civic responsibility, ultimately leaving an enduring mark as compassionate, capable, and empowered individuals.

The Mission of Zion Girls Leadership & Collegiate Preparatory Academy is committed to providing daughters of incarcerated parents with a secure, cost-effective, and exemplary training platform. We instill leadership qualities, guide them towards seamless integration into society, and foster the display of Godly characteristics by applying sound biblical principles.

Our vision at Zion Girls Leadership & Collegiate Preparatory Academy is to empower and educate young girls, enabling them to leverage financial, social, and political platforms for personal enhancement and positive community impact. We aspire for our graduates to be transformative game-changers and significant contributors to the betterment of society.

Needs

Unrestricted Funds - Operational Expenses

Program Funds - Facilitate Mentoring Program; including, but not limited to supplies, field trips and program materials

Space - Program location to conduct concurrent mentoring sessions

Technology - Desktop or laptop computers

Emergency Funds - Food, shelter, clothing, college application fee
