Yolo Conflict Resolution is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization offers free services to anyone in need of assistance with a conflict, disagreement or other situations where harm has been created. Additionally, YCRC offers training for any individuals, families, organizations or groups that would like to improve their skills in managing conflict, improving communication or anger management. YCRC also offers Restorative Justice services which allows for more accountability for those who have caused harm and addresses needs of those who have been harmed. 

We envision a future in which communities and individuals view conflict as an opportunity for growth and transformation, access, and develop their inherent capacity for constructive dialogue, and effectively resolve issues and conflicts using creative, peaceful, and respectful means. Additionally, we are working with agencies within the criminal justice system to revise the ways in which victims and offenders are treated when a crime has occurred.

YCRC helps individuals and communities resolve conflicts, address interpersonal harms, and restore relationships through restorative justice and mediation services.

Support for our community mediation and restorative justice services to keep services free to those that need them.

Outreach, marketing, training, and retention of community volunteers

Training space for volunteers in the Restorative Justice and Mediation programs.

YCRC is committed to meeting the needs of the community by providing service that meets people where they are. Services are provided for free and either at locations that are accessible to clients or virtually. Additionally, Staff and Board are dedicated to transparent operations and inclusive approaches so that community members can receive supports as needed.
