To provide a community center in which group programs are geared toward the development of responsible citizens. Emphasis is directed toward underprivileged group participation.

*To foster and promote programs and services to increase the economic, cultural, educational, and social levels of community members regardless of race, age, religion, or gender.

*To expand opportunities available to the low-income community members to obtain adequate low-cost housing with special emphasis on the elderly, disabled, and low-income women and children.

*To expand the opportunities available to community residents and groups to own, manage, and operate business enterprises by furthering the development of locally owned or operated businesses in economically depressed areas through the provision of support services and financial support.
