Women in Data™ is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in data and technology careers. Founded on the belief that data can and should be a force for good, we empower individuals from all backgrounds to break into and thrive in the data industry.

Through a unique blend of community support, hands-on education, and career advancement opportunities, we help our members grow their skills, build meaningful connections, and become leaders in the data economy.

With chapters around the world and programs that serve everyone from beginners to seasoned professionals, Women in Data is creating a more inclusive, diverse, and equitable future, one data point at a time.

Women in Data™ exists to increase diversity in data careers by empowering individuals through awareness, education, and advancement. We believe that data has the power to drive meaningful change and that everyone deserves access to the tools, knowledge, and opportunities needed to thrive in this field. Through community, mentorship, and real-world skill-building, we aim to create a more inclusive and equitable future in data.
