Building safe, creative, workforce integrated spaces for Sacramento youth ages 12–24.

We Trust In Us is a Sacramento nonprofit dedicated to creating spaces where youth and families can connect, express themselves creatively, and access opportunities that strengthen community and future leadership.

Through creative workshops, youth events, and community gatherings, we provide positive pathways that support personal growth, skill development, and long-term opportunity for youth.

Our work centers culture, creativity, and community power building environments where young people feel seen, supported, and connected to something positive.

Our programming includes:

• Safe evening events such as Game Nights, Bowling Nights, Movie Nights, and Paint & Play
• We Print Our Path - Apparel design & production exposure
• Young Creators Lab - Creative industry and technology exploration
• Write to Heal - Youth journaling and emotional wellness workshops
• Unity in the Community - A large-scale summer cultural festival
• Annual Trunk or Treat - A fall family centered community activation

In 2026, We Trust In Us was selected to deliver programming through the City of Sacramento’s #SacTownYouthNights initiative, recognizing our growing role in providing safe and engaging spaces for youth across the city.

We focus on providing safe, supervised spaces during high risk evening hours while integrating leadership development, creative skill building, and economic mobility pathways.

From February 2026 through February 2027, we are delivering a year long cycle of youth programming as part of this initiative while continuing to expand our independent community programs and events.

IMPACT

2026–2027 Programming Goals:

• 12+ structured youth evening events

• 200+ hours of direct youth engagement
• 1 major summer festival
