Because we all deserve care.

Who are we?

At Whole Person Care Clinic (WPCC), we walk alongside individuals and families navigating some of life’s toughest health challenges. As we expand into Sacramento—our newest service area—we’re deepening our commitment to bring compassionate, person-centered care to those who need it most.

Across California, we serve as a trusted safety net for individuals experiencing homelessness, chronic illness, and complex medical or behavioral health challenges—helping people access the care, support, and pathways needed to build healthier, more stable lives.

In 2025, we launched recuperative care services in Sacramento to meet a growing and urgent need: a safe place for individuals to heal after hospitalization. For many, recovery doesn’t end at discharge—it requires stability, support, and dignity.

At our Community Care Campus, we provide a critical bridge between hospital and housing—offering short-term residential care, medical support, and wraparound services that help individuals heal and move forward.

Give today to build a healthier future for the Sacramento community.
