Through our efforts, we strive to create a community where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential. We work tirelessly to address the root causes of homelessness and poverty, offering support and empowerment to those facing difficult circumstances.
The mission of Up2Me Community Foundation is to provide residential support, outreach, case management, life skills and supportive services to our underserved community members that are essential for healthy living and becoming active members of society.
Investing in our program will have a significant impact on the lives of those we serve. Your contribution will support the following areas:
Operational Expenses: Your generous contribution will help us cover the cost of rent, food, utilities, insurance, administrative costs, and technology infrastructure. This will enable us to provide a safe and secure environment for our program participants.
Staffing and Training: With your support, we can hire qualified staff members, including one case manager and two support workers, to provide personalized assistance and guidance to program participants. This will help us ensure that they receive the attention they need to overcome their challenges.
Program Development and Expansion: The funds will be invested in developing new programs and expanding existing ones that directly benefit the people we serve. With additional housing programs, mental health services, life skills training, and recreational activities tailored to their needs, program participants will have more opportunities to thrive.
Access to Essential Services: We need your help to improve access to essential services such as healthcare, transportation, education, and social support. Your contribution will help us build a better future for those we serve.
