We are proud to announce that The Dominguez Dream in Memory of H. Frank Dominguez is celebrating its 20th Anniversary this year. The Dominguez Dream is a public nonprofit organization that is committed to empowering children in underserved communities to achieve their full potential through Literacy and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics). The Dominguez Dream works to transform the way students learn by partnering with school administrators, staff and teachers, to identify the areas of greatest need. The Dominguez Dream funds programs around STEAM, Parent Engagement and Literacy.
The Dominguez Dream in Memory of H. Frank Dominguez is dedicated to empowering children in underserved communities to achieve their full potential through Literacy and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics).
The Dominguez Dream works with school principals and teachers in the 3rd-6th grade levels to identify the specific challenges affecting student performance and develop programs to positively impact student access.
Our goal is to eliminate the student achievement gap and provide high quality education to all children regardless of socio-economic status or community. We strive to ensure students are equipped with the self-esteem and motivation stemming from a solid academic foundation to successfully advance in the educational pipeline from K-12 into college and begin a career that transitions them to achieve success.
