Souls Winner for Christ Outreach is a nonprofit public charity with 501(c)(3) status, founded by Rev. Dr. Olliver Jean Rogers. Her own journey through homelessness on the streets of Sacramento shaped her lifelong commitment to helping others. After receiving support from Saint John’s Program for Real Change, she rebuilt her life and dedicated herself to serving people facing the same hardships she once endured. Today, the organization continues her mission by offering compassion, practical support, and hope to individuals and families navigating life’s toughest challenges.


With the expansion of the Community Wellness & Outreach Center, we now provide peer‑support classes, wellness activities, and a safe, welcoming space where people can connect, heal, and access resources that strengthen stability and well‑being.

Mission

Community Wellness & Outreach Center empowers individuals and families through person‑centered wellness support, outreach services, and resource navigation. As a community‑based program of Souls Winner for Christ Outreach, we create safe, welcoming spaces where people can access essential services, strengthen their well‑being, and move toward stability, dignity, and hope.

Needs

Many Sacramento residents face housing instability, food insecurity, and limited access to wellness support. Community Wellness & Outreach Center fills this gap by providing outreach, essential supplies, and connection to care. Donor support helps us expand services so more individuals and families receive timely, compassionate support when they need it most.
