Sobriety Sisters Mentorship Program (SSMP) is a compassionate, peer-driven initiative dedicated to supporting women in recovery and reentry. Our mission is to foster empowering mentor-mentee relationships that connect women with the resources, guidance, and community they need to achieve lasting sobriety and rebuild their lives.
Founded by Jess, a counselor and survivor of addiction herself, SSMP understands the unique challenges women face on their path to recovery—including legal hurdles, reentry barriers, and the need for emotional support. Through personalized coaching, mentoring calls, correctional center visits, legal assistance, reentry services, client connections, and career development, we provide a holistic approach designed to nurture hope, resilience, and independence.
At Sobriety Sisters, we believe no woman should face recovery alone. Our program creates a sisterhood of strength, where women uplift each other, share experiences, and walk together toward a brighter, sober future.
The mission of Sobriety Sisters Mentorship Program (SSMP) is to foster peer mentor relationships between women in reentry and recovery and connect them with community resources that will enable sobriety and empower success.
Sobriety Sisters Mentorship Program urgently needs financial support to expand its vital services and reach more women battling addiction and reentry challenges. Funding is essential to sustain and grow our coaching and mentoring calls, correctional center visits, legal assistance, reentry support, client connections, and career services. These resources enable us to provide personalized guidance, break down barriers to recovery, and empower women to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. With your generous contributions, we can increase our capacity to serve more women, enhance program quality, and create lasting impact in our community.
Sobriety Sisters Mentorship Program is committed to fostering equity, inclusion, and respect for all women on their journey to recovery. We recognize that systemic barriers disproportionately affect marginalized communities, and we strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where every woman—regardless of race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or background—has equal access to support, resources, and opportunities. Our program is dedicated to dismantling inequities by addressing individual needs with cultural humility and compassion, ensuring that every participant is empowered to achieve lasting sobriety and success.
