Giving Activity

Mission

We aim to foster pride, celebration, awareness, and representation for AAPI communities through heritage, arts & media, and culture.

Needs

The Sacramento Asian Pacific Cultural Village relies on community support to sustain and grow the vibrant programming of Asian Pacific CultureFest and the Sacramento Asian Pacific Film Festival. Donations help us fund essential needs such as cultural performances, film curation, guest speakers, food vendors, and interactive activities that make our events memorable and accessible. Contributions also support space rental, technical equipment, merchandise and swag giveaways, volunteer resources, and the behind‑the‑scenes coordination required to bring these culturally rich experiences to life. Every gift directly strengthens our ability to uplift Asian and Pacific Islander stories, celebrate community, and ensure our festivals remain free or low‑cost for all who attend.

Equity Statement

The Sacramento Asian Pacific Cultural Village (SAPCV) is committed to equity, inclusion, and authentic representation across all of our programs, including Asian Pacific CultureFest and the Sacramento Asian Pacific Film Festival. We strive to create accessible, culturally grounded spaces where the diverse identities and lived experiences of Asian and Pacific Islander communities—and all marginalized voices—are celebrated and uplifted. Through intentional programming, community partnerships, and continual reflection, SAPCV works to challenge systemic barriers, expand opportunities for artistic and cultural expression, and ensure that our festivals foster belonging, visibility, and empowerment fo
